Design Lead

Joined as a design lead into a 12 people marketing team. Previously, the company was mostly working with external agencies. Building a design framework that can scale with the company’s growth plans. Implementing standard practices such as ticketing system, workflows and asset libraries. Currently, in the process to hire and build out a dedicated design team to support the company’s needs beyond marketing. Initiating an alignment between the product UI/UX team and website design to take a step into a unified customer experience.

Lead all creative and visual aspects under the CMO. Responsible for planning, directing and executing all brand related campaigns and assets, including the hiring of team members and managed an external agency for a full company rebrand. Created assets for the marketing and sales departments based on daily requests. In parallel, ensured brand awareness and consistency by building a central assets library, and creating templates and brand guides, established and optimized standards and processes.
